Grade 3-8 Rotary
At SLA, students in Grades 3 to 8 are enriched through a rotary learning model. Rather than having one teacher throughout the day, students learn from multiple educators who are passionate about their subject area. These teachers rotate into classrooms, offering fresh perspectives, strong subject knowledge, and engaging instruction. This approach ensures students receive a well-rounded program and thrive under the guidance of skilled, enthusiastic educators.
What is the rotary learning model?
Students experience a structured day where teachers rotate into the classroom to deliver instruction in their areas of expertise. This model mirrors what students will experience in high school, helping them develop independence, organization, and adaptability—while still benefiting from small class sizes and individualized support.
Subject-Specialist Teaching
Each subject is taught by an educator who specializes in that area. This allows for deeper instruction, stronger curriculum delivery, and teachers who bring genuine enthusiasm and expertise into every lesson. High School Prep
